  • (We will usually confirm that we received your order if placed by email, but if you have not heard from us, as it is a busy time of the year, please call to confirm we have received your email)
• Specified Pick up Time is required during Ordering
• To assist us in having your order ready on time, please be punctual with your specified pick-up time or phone in advance to make other arrangements for another time (if available). If you arrive earlier or later than your specified time, you may need to wait for others picking up at their specified time.
• Deposits and Payments can be made by Cash, Credit Card (fee applies), EFTPOS or Electronic Transfer (IMB bsb 641-800 a/c 200324822 a/c name – Sprouts Gourmet & Catering). Please do not pay your balance without a confirmation email with total costs. If paying via Electronic Transfer, the balance must be paid in full prior to your pickup day with the payment receipt emailed through beforehand or shown at the time of your pickup. It is preferrable that credit card payments are made before pick up.
